Membership of the Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is a member based network of volunteers who are recognized by Crypto Chain University in the field of Business Technology. Every board member consists of International Subject Matter Experts and Industry Practitioners that serve as the Benchmark & Body of Knowledge.
The Board members are carefully selected from the industry and are committed to creating a positive impact to the Business Technology profession. The Board possess an in-depth knowledge and experience in developing and executing organizational digital transformation, policy and strategy; and remain an independent voice for the industry. The Board is responsible for the development and the maintenance of Crypto Chain University, and also in managing the ethical standards of the University.
Recipients in the Commandeur grade (after two years) from the ‘Ordre des Arts et des Technologies‘ may be eligible to be voted onto the Board of Governors, subjected to the Board’s majority approval and/or the Chair of the Board of Governors’ approval, and the availability of a seat on the board.
Under the University’s Instrument of Government, the Board must consist of no less than twelve and no more than twenty four members.

Bobby Ong
Bobby Ong (@bobbyong), is the co-founder & chief economist of CoinGecko. He graduated with a degree in Economics from University College London in 2012.
Alain Schneuwly
Alain Schneuwly is the Consulting Partner, Head of Digital and Technology for Financial Services Industry, South East Asia at Deloitte. And worked 18-years at Accenture. He graduate with Master in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Ecole supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Génie électrique.
Patrick de Moustier
Patrick de Moustier is the Managing Director Accenture Digital at Accenture. He was previously COO (APAC) of Electronic Arts (EA), and was the SVP New Media Practice and SVP Operations at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Hock Yun Khoong
Hock Yun Khoong is the Senior Advisor at Tembusu Partners, developing new innovative companies and digital technology initiatives and solutions. He was the former Chief Digital Evangelist at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Engineering from National University of Singapore, and is an alumni of Harvard Business School’s Advance Management Programme.
Herbert Sim
Herbert Sim (@HerbertRSim), is the founder of Crypto Chain University. His previous positions include currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Cryptology; Global Operations Director at Huobi Global. He was a contributing writer to Forbes and Huffington Post. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from University of Wolverhampton, UK; and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University, USA.
Dr. Amarendra Bhushan Dhiraj
Dr. Amarendra Bhushan Dhiraj (@CEOworld) is the CEO and Editorial Director of CEOworld Magazine. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from American University of Athens; and was conferred with a honorary doctorate by Ukraine’s Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD).
David Yeung
David Yeung is the Head of Technology Policy & Governance at Standard Chartered Bank, and was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Nauta Capital Management Ltd. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from Hawaii Pacific University.
Jack Chia Yew Seng
Jack Chia Yew Seng is the co-founder of BlockchainAlliance.sg. His previous positions include, Managing Director of Cryptology; Business Development Director at the World’s Leading Blockchain Asset Exchange – Huobi Global. He graduated with an Executive MBA from the University of Hull, UK (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from University of Western Australia, Australia.
